Another easy way of arranging wedding flowers is making a Drop-in. To make this arrangement bunch of artificial flowers of the same variety with long stems. A bunch of daffodils or the Narcissus will be perfect for this kind of wedding arrangement. All you have to do is group the daffodil stems together and tie a satin ribbon just below the calyx and at the bottom end of the stems. If you tie the ribbons into a small bow it will look better. Well to achieve this is not as easy as one thinks. So, much of the appearance of the bouquet also depends on the flowers that you are using. If you are using fresh flowers then the flowers need to be at the peak of their blooms. If you making a dried flower bouquet then the dried flowers have to be in the best of their dried condition. And as for the artificial ones they should be of a good quality. However, if you are thinking of using the combination of dried flowers and artificial to make the bridal bouquet. Here is the method on how you can make one using such a combination of flowers.

  • First of all, pick the flowers that you want to use in your bouquet. While doing so choose flowers that will compliment the clothes of the bride and the surrounding flower arrangements also.
  • Then purchase a bouquet holder. You will be able to get one in any of the craft or the florist shop. Since these holder come with the floral foam inserted, you will have to saturate the foam. You can do this by immersing the holder upside down in a bowl of water.
  • Once the holder is ready start with placing your artificial flowers and greeneries from the bottom of the holder.
  • Next is the insertion of dry flowers into the holder. For this you will have to cut the stem of the flower at sharp angles. The sharp cut will make the stems go inside the foam easily.
  • Then you can start placing the flower into the holder, adjusting the arrangement. Try to give your bouquet a cascading look by vary the placement of your flowers and your artificial filler and ferns. You may trim the flowers to get the symmetry right.
  • Lastly, warp your bouquet holder with a wrapping foil and tie a satin ribbon into a bow at the point where the bouquet’s handle and the cone shaped part meets.
